SIG Leadership
The SIG Leadership Team is made up of three Regional Chairs, each representing a major global region: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Together, they guide the Cyber SIG's strategic direction and ensure that the voices and needs of members worldwide are reflected in everything we do.
They provide leadership across time zones, support collaboration between regional chapters, and work closely with the SIG’s directorates to plan events, shape content, and support volunteers. Each Chair brings insight into the challenges and opportunities facing business analysts in their region — from privacy and resilience to secure service design and regulatory change.
Tiuana Ross
Chair - The Americas
Tiauna Ross is a Senior Director of Cybersecurity specializing in governance, risk management, and secure development. A Certified Business Analysis Professional, she aligns security strategies with business goals to drive innovation.
With expertise in DevSecOps, AI security governance, and cloud security, she collaborates with IT and business teams to implement risk-managed solutions. Tiauna serves as Board President of Synergy Health Center and is a board member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. A thought leader in cybersecurity, she leads initiatives in AI security monitoring and technology optimization, ensuring security remains a business enabler.

Mark Cross
Chair - EMEA
Mark Cross is an IT transformation expert with 25 years of experience in network engineering, business analysis, and cybersecurity. He specializes in cloud transformation, data migration, and security risk management.
An MBA graduate from Alliance Manchester Business School, he holds CBAP, CCA, CISSP, and Chartered IT Professional status from BCS. As founder of Envista Consulting, he helps enterprises embed security early in projects to reduce risk. He leads the Yorkshire Cybersecurity Cluster and serves on the IIBA UK North Branch committee, advocating for proactive cybersecurity integration and business resilience.

Tara Sutherland
Chair - APAC
Tara Sutherland is a Senior Technical Business Analyst with 25+ years of experience in business transformation and technology integration. She has led critical projects across finance, IT, HR, and engineering for major New Zealand organizations, including Spark, Fonterra, and Vodafone (One).
Tara is the Head of our Community Portfolio.
